UFS 211 - Task 2

Simple Sentences
1. The little girl was playing the playground at the backyard.
2. Marnie and sofia like to jogging every morning.

Compound Sentences
1. I tried to speak chinese , and my sister tried to speak kadazan dusun.
2. I hate him because he make me hurt, so I will never talk to him anymore.

Complex Sentences
1. After they finished working, mary and pearl went to shopping mall.
2. The town where I grew up is in Papar.

Compound- Complex
1. Although I like to go fishing, I haven't had the time to go lately, and I haven't found anyone to join it.
2. I decided that the ghost story was great, but my friend who like fantastic story, thought that I was wrong.

UFS 211 - Task 1

 Love is a feeling that arises when we find someone. It is where the establishment of the relationship between each other. All people ever love including me. Love is blind. when someone is in love, he is like no heed what was going on around him. Some people say that the love is very wonderful and they want to build an enduring love. but, at the same time, love is very painful. Whenever we love someone, but he was never appreciate it , its is very grieves. For me, love is not very wonderful because I've been hurt and was pierced. I ever love before, and I been let down by him. And I know how it hurt my heart when was pierced by a person I dearly love. after the incident, I never want to love again because it is very painful. But at the same time, whenever we hurt, it teaches us to continue to persevered and gave strength the heart to face all challenges in life and in turn can give us to know the meaning of a relationship.

UFS 201 - 5th Vocabulary Entry

Meaning: Most common in a particular place at a particular time

Meaning: Growing, increasing very rapidly

Meaning: Connected with beliefs of what is right or wrong

4. Incur
Meaning: To suffer the unpleasant results of a situation that you have cause

Meaning: Easily influenced , damaged or affected by something

6. Frustration
Meaning: A feeling of anger because you cannot get what you want, something that you feel like this

Meaning: The qualities, experience that suitable for something

Meaning: Existing or coming before another or others in time, place, rank or sequence; previous

Meaning: Connected with the size or position of something

Meaning: To place side by side especially for comparison or contrast 

UFS 201 - 5th Reflection Topic

  Today, I have learn about Preposition. I have know that Preposition are classified as a simple or compound. Simple prepositions are single word preposition while compound preposition are more than one word. In between and because of are preposition made up of two words. In form of, on behalf of are preposition made up of three words. I also have to memorize all those these words to do a better essay.

UFS 201 - 4th Reflection Topic

 Today I have learn about speech and modal verbs. I have know that there are have eight part of speech. In the class, we also learn about action verbs which also known as modal verbs. The example of modal verbs are can, could, might, ought to and etc. I also learn about indirect speech which is known as reported speech. Next, we are doing class activity. The activity are miss tells us to write a short speech about birthday. During the activity, miss are teach us how to write a perfect speech in a simple ways and now I can improve my writing skills.

1. Conditional
 Meaning: Imposing, depending on, or containing a condition


2. Commercial
Meaning: Of or relating to commerce.

3. Imaginary
Meaning: Having existence only in the imagination; unreal.

4. Possible
Meaning: Capable of happening, existing, or being true without contradicting proven facts, laws, or circumstances.

5. Improbable
Meaning: Unlikely to take place or be true.

6. Future Tense
Meaning: A verb tense expressing future time.

7. Past Perfect
Meaning: Denoting a tense of verbs used in relating past events where the action had already 
occurred at the time of the action of a main verb that is itself in a past tense.

8. Consequence
Meaning: Something that logically or naturally follows from an action or condition.

9. Situation
Meaning: The place in which something is situated; a location.

10. Future
Meaning: The indefinite time yet to come.
